Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Five years' leadership experience in behavioral health or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams encouraged.
• Ability to lead change and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and supervision for BCBA, ABA staff, Peer Support Specialists, Engagement Specialists, and Volunteer Services.
• Develop staffing models, workflows, and standardized programming to support patient engagement and recovery.
• Oversee budgets, resources, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate services and improve patient outcomes.
