Job summary

Behavioral Crossroads, LLC is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor to lead the partial care and behavioral health home programs. The role involves overseeing intake, clinical assessments, and essential documentation, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on-site.

You will supervise Case Managers and treatment staff, coordinate weekly schedules, and remain a resource for staff, handling challenging situations as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related Human Services field.
• NJ licensure as LSW, LCSW, LAC, or LPC preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in mental health partial care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily onsite program operations.
• Supervise interns, Case Managers and other staff; participate in staff meetings and trainings; schedule guest speakers.
• Assist with intakes and Comp Assessments; ensure required documentation.
• Develop a weekly group schedule.
• Conduct monthly chart audits, weekly Medicaid progress note reviews, and incident report management.
• Provide coverage for groups and activities as assigned.
