Job summary

Canopy Children's Solutions seeks a HopePath Program Supervisor who will provide clinical and administrative supervision to the HopePath Team. You will coordinate caseloads, ensure timely, compassionate, and competent services, and monitor compliance with standards.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to guide staff through policy and procedure updates. You will oversee supervision of staff, maintain records, and participate in audits, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Mississippi licensure preferred or DMH certification within 90 days.
• Strong written communication for program materials and reimbursements.
• Competence with documenting and maintaining client records.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate HopePath program team activities.
• Maintain program accreditation and compliance with standards.
• Oversee case management and discharge planning for clients.
• Ensure billing, data reporting, and quality management requirements are met.
• Provide administrative on-call duties as scheduled.
