Job summary

Canopy Children's Solutions is seeking a Canopy Anywhere Supervisor to oversee Therapists, Hope Coaches and Pathfinders. You will coordinate day-to-day service delivery, manage a remote team, and ensure fidelity to the Science of Hope framework.

The role emphasizes supervision, performance improvement, and collaboration across administration, with a focus on data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an applied mental health field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related service experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Mississippi clinical license (preferred) or CMHT.
• Demonstrated competence working with families and youth.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to Therapists, Hope Coaches and Pathfinders.
• Monitor day-to-day service delivery and coordinate processes.
• Coach and monitor fidelity to the Science of Hope framework.
• Conduct supervision with team members bi-monthly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality practice.
