Job summary

Community Health of Central Washington is seeking an experienced RN Manager to provide organization-wide nursing practice leadership and drive clinical consistency, safety, and innovation across ambulatory sites and programs.

Under the DCPI, this role partners with nursing, clinics, programs, and leaders to translate strategic priorities into standard workflows, evidence-based practices, and measurable improvements in care. This is a full-time, 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• BSN and minimum of 3 years ambulatory RN experience; MSN preferred.
• Experience in nursing leadership, training, and education required.
• Advanced experience with an EHR (EPIC preferred) to support clinical workflows, documentation, reporting, and quality improvement.
• WA RN license and BLS.
• Driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Fall Prevention Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Immunizations required prior to start date (COVID, Hep B, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, TB/PPD, Flu).
• Pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide organization-wide nursing practice leadership and drive clinical consistency, safety, and innovation across ambulatory sites and programs.
• Partner with nursing, clinics, programs, and organizational leaders to translate strategic priorities into effective clinical programs and standardized workflows.
