Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
  • Experience administering or coordinating PASRR Level II programs.
  • Experience with financial forecasting and profit & loss (P&L) management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a designated team of unit staff.
  • Responsible for the training and development of unit staff.
  • Monitor activities, schedules, productivity and work product results.
  • Review clinical documentation including pending denials for each assigned staff member in real-time.
  • Collect QA information from assigned staff.
  • Disseminate policy, protocol change, and ensure implementation.
  • Lead regular team meetings and act as the point-person for assigned staff.
  • Conduct scheduled and random post-assessment home visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote project image and goals through public speaking engagements and local professional presentations.
  • Meet all standards established for this position as outlined in the annual performance criteria and bonus template.
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of contract expectations including financial review, client management and SLAs.

Job description

Maximus is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Ohio PASRR Program. This critical role is responsible for overseeing program operations, ensuring contractual compliance, and maintaining strong partnerships with state stakeholders. Serving as the primary point of contact for the state client, the Program Manager will lead program initiatives, manage escalations, monitor performance, and drive continuous process improvements to ensure high-quality service delivery and successful contract outcomes.

The Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for the Ohio PASRR contract, including supervision of program staff, collaboration with internal teams, and management of reporting, documentation, and communication processes. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, identifying opportunities for operational enhancement, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring experience in PASRR Level II program administration, human services leadership, and data-driven program management, along with a commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction

Travel Requirement:

This position is fully remote within the United States. Occasional travel may be required based on business and contract needs.

Minimum Requirements
  • '- Bachelors degree in relevant field of study and 5 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • '-Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field
  • -Minimum of 2 years of management experience
  • -Minimum of 3 years of experience in human services
  • -Experience administering or coordinating PASRR Level II programs
  • -Experience with financial forecasting and profit & loss (P&L) management
  • -Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • -Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data management and analysis
Preferred Requirements
  • -Client relationship management experience
  • -Active LMFT, LMSW, LPC, LCSW, or MSN licensure preferred
