The Washington University and Barnes-Jewish Heart and Vascular Center seeks an experienced nursing leader to manage a clinical program, the day-to-day operations, budgeting, and staff development. RN license and BSN are required, with experience in Heart and Vascular services preferred.
This role oversees care delivery, strategic planning, and may include contract oversight and informatics, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and compliance with standards.

Experience working in Heart and Vascular services is ideal
Provides effective leadership of the overall management of a clinical program, including day to day office operations, work redesign, budget and human resource management of nursing and clerical staff. Also responsible for strategic planning, program design/implementation, marketing and finance. May also oversee managed care contracts and informatics.
