- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
- Proficient in agile project management tools and data visualization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative/technical discipline.

- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports.
- Lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff.
