Clinical Program Manager - Companion Diagnostics (Contract)

Summary:

As a member of the Clinical Diagnostics group within the Pfizer Oncology Division, the successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting companion diagnostic development programs through effective program management practices including managing product planning meetings with stakeholders from Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Commercial and Regulatory. This role will be responsible for product planning, meeting management, stakeholder alignment, meeting documentation and project timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Support companion diagnostic products by managing product planning meetings, including meeting management, documentation and project timelines of multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines ensuring timelines are aligned with functional activities.
  • Support contracting practices, monitor and report on project execution and progress against milestones and deliverables.
  • Support clinical diagnostic lead in trial start-up activities such as vendor qualification documentation and contracting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or other relevant discipline; advanced degree is desirable.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of multi-disciplinary experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry including diagnostic industry or CAP/CLIA laboratory setting.
  • Certificate in Project Management from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a direct project/program management role.
  • Experience with project management tools to provide timelines and identify milestones.
  • Familiarity with companion diagnostics or the product launch process is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience with stakeholder management preferred.
  • Product launch experience preferred.

Location:

  • This is a fully remote role.

The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on several factors, including skills, competencies, experience, location and/or being pursued, and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.

Max Pay Rate: $61

Currency: USD
