Job summary

Omni Family of Services Tennessee Inc is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor to act as the clinical expert and mentor for unlicensed therapy staff. The role includes supervising Intake, Therapy and Case Management staff, providing direct care, and participating in policy and quality initiatives.

The supervisor will report to the COO and help develop new services. Ideal candidates are independently licensed clinicians with at least two years of clinical provider experience and at least one year

Qualifications

• Be a independently licensed clinician with at least two years of clinical provider experience.
• Have one year of demonstrated supervisory abilities.
• Strong organizational, decision-making and computer/keyboard skills required.
• Must be able to communicate the English language verbally and in writing.
• Certified in first aid/CPR, CPI de-escalation techniques, and universal precautions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for Intake, Therapy and Case Management staff for their office locations.
• Serve as the clinical expert and mentor for unlicensed therapy staff.
• Provide direct care and participate on agency/local committees related to clinical services.
• Contribute to policy/procedure development, quality control and new services development.
• Report to the COO and collaborate with leadership on program initiatives.
