Job summary

North Jersey Friendship House, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator - Partial Care to oversee the Partial Care program on-site in Hackensack, NJ. This role includes clinical and administrative oversight, coverage for the Clinical Director, and coordination of group counseling with a reduced caseload.

The position reports to the Director and requires supervision of counselors and interns, with a schedule Monday–Friday, onsite, and a salary range of $65,000–$75,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in rehabilitation counseling, psychology, social work or related field.
• Licensed in NJ as LPC, LCSW or Psychologist.
• Minimum 3–5 years in mental health; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision to assigned employees to enhance their job skill set.
• Provides ongoing support to employees to assure completion of responsibilities.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with agency policies and laws.
• Reviews employees' responsibilities to determine time frame and scope of authority.
• Evaluates employees' productivity and documentation of service delivery.
• Interviews and trains employees; plans, assigns and directs work; appraises performance; rewards and disciplines.
