Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care is seeking a Counselor to work with adults and lead therapeutic group activities at locations in Burlington, Camden, and Mercer County, NJ. The role includes running groups, maintaining a caseload, and documenting outcomes in a collaborative clinical team setting.

New grads are welcome; supervision toward professional licensure is available. The position offers full-time hours, benefits, and a pathway for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services such as psychology, counseling, social work, or education.
• Experience working with individuals with chronic mental illness.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical assessment for Partial Care treatment.
• Run groups and maintain an individual caseload and document accordingly.
• Screening and assessment of referrals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with a clinical team.

Pay: $19.85/hour.

Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

The potential employee should have excellent interpersonal interactions and written communication skills and demonstrate competence with group work.
