Job summary

Oaks Integrated Care Inc. in New Jersey is hiring a Counselor to work with adults in partial care programs across Burlington, Camden and Mercer County. Full-time, 8:00am–4:30pm, with benefits and opportunities for supervision toward licensure.

The role involves clinical assessments, leading groups, developing treatment plans, and maintaining documentation, with a focus on teamwork and high-quality care for adults with mental illness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the human services field (psychology, counseling, social work, or education).
• Experience working with individuals with chronic mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical assessment for Partial Care treatment.
• Run groups and maintain an individual caseload and documenting accordingly.
• Screening and assessment of referrals.
• Develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with a clinical team.

Pay: $19.85/hour.

Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, BSW) in the human services field such as psychology, counseling, social work, or education;
• Experience working with individuals with chronic mental illness
