Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona is seeking a Clinical Project Lead to guide clinical initiatives, develop and evaluate education materials for members, and collaborate with the Director of Care Management to promote evidence-based care and health equity. The role spans across departments, with responsibilities for material development, dissemination, and workflow integration.

The position requires RN or behavioral health licensure with PMP/CCM or related certification preferred, and a strong

• 3 years of experience in nursing, public health, clinical research, healthcare project management, or guideline development
• 2 years of experience in care coordination

Responsabilidades

• Identify and maintain current evidence-based clinical practice guidelines for the Medicaid segment
• Develop and update member education materials and self-management tools meeting member needs
• Evaluate and implement certified decision-making aids for the provider network
• Ensure materials are culturally appropriate and meet health literacy standards
• Communicate clinical materials to providers, staff, and members via multiple channels
• Lead and coordinate the Member Education Materials Workgroup
• Develop processes to integrate materials into care management workflows across departments
