Job summary

Centerstone in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor for the Comprehensive Treatment Court to oversee clinical operations and a multidisciplinary team serving adults with serious mental health or co-occurring disorders and a history of criminal behavior.

The role involves supervising staff, managing referrals, ensuring chart compliance, and coordinating with the judicial system to meet contract outcomes and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior supervisory experience in mental health or addictions field preferred.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver's License with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision, consultation, and coaching to team members of assigned program(s).
• Carries a caseload and provides services to clients.
• Manages day to day operations of program(s) to include clinical documentation, admissions and discharges, and chart audits.
• Ensures continuity of care by coordinating with team members, families, and community partners.
• Creates an inclusive work environment and maintains departmental productivity and training expectations.
