Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor of Comprehensive Treatment Court in Sarasota to oversee administrative and clinical operations of a multidisciplinary team serving adults with serious mental health and/or co-occurring disorders and a history of criminal behavior.

The supervisor coordinates referrals, ensures adherence to policies, maintains chart compliance, and collaborates with judicial partners to guarantee quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior supervisory experience in mental health or addictions field preferred.
• Florida Driver's License with a safe driving record.
• Time Type: Full time
• Pay Range: $50,700.00--$71,100.00

• Provides supervision, consultation, and coaching to team members of assigned program(s).
• Carries a caseload and provides services to clients.
• Manages day to day operations of program(s) to include clinical documentation, assessments, admissions and discharges, and chart audits.
• Ensures continuity of care for clients by coordinating with team members, families, Centerstone colleagues, and community partners.
• Creates an inclusive work environment.
• Maintains departmental productivity and training expectations.
• Additional training and/or certification may be required based on specific program guidelines.

JOB DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Clinical Program Supervisor of Comprehensive Treatment Court will oversee the administrative and clinical operations of a multidisciplinary team that serves the needs of adults in Sarasota County with serious mental health and/or co-occurring disorders and a history of criminal behaviors. The supervisor manages referrals and ensures adherence to Centerstone and CTC policies and procedures, as well as contract outcomes, guaranteeing clinical standards and chart compliance. Continual coordination with judicial system is needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides supervision, consultation, and coaching to team members of assigned program(s).

• Knowledge of behavioral health disorders and recovery.

• Demonstrate competency with computer systems and concurrent documentation.
• Knowledge of community resources or ability to learn quickly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education Level: Bachelor's degree required.
• Years of Experience: Prior supervisory experience in mental health or addictions field preferred.
• Certification/Licensure: Must have a valid Florida Driver's License with a safe driving record.
