Job summary

Helios Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to lead a team of 10–12 clinicians and care managers, oversee relationships with primary care leadership, and ensure financial sustainability and compliance of CoCM programs.

You will supervise staff, optimize workflows, partner with medical directors, and drive KPIs such as access, outreach, and outcome measures while maintaining a culture of psychological safety and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in MA (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent).
• Empathetic management style rooted in supportive accountability and psychological safety.
• 5+ years post-licensure clinical experience with staff or program operations.
• Mastery of Collaborative Care workflows, registry management, and CoCM billing compliance.
• Ability to translate data metrics and billing compliance into practical clinic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise, mentor, and build career pathways for 10-12 clinicians and MSW interns.
• Provide weekly 1:1 clinical supervision and group case consults.
• Support staff hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Serve as primary operational partner to medical directors, practice managers, and PCP champions.
• Manage case review workflows between care managers/clinicians and consulting psychiatrists.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and streamline administrative loads with tech platforms.
• Oversee billing capture, minute-tracking, and registry documentation across sites.
• Monitor dashboards to drive KPIs like panel growth and symptom reduction.
• Conduct monthly chart audits to maintain safety and risk management.
