Job summary

Bi-Bett Corporation seeks an experienced Clinical Program Director to lead clinical services for residential and outpatient SUD programs in California. You will supervise licensed clinicians and nurses, guide treatment planning, and ensure regulatory compliance with DHCS requirements.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive quality improvement, collaborate with medical directors and operation leaders, and oversee IMS-related clinical protocols to ensure safe, ethical, and person-centered care

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health field and active California license.
• Experience supervising clinical staff in SUD or behavioral health settings.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2; ASAM concepts a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for residential and outpatient SUD programs.
• Oversee licensed clinicians and nursing staff, ensuring safe, ethical, evidence-informed care.
• Lead quality improvement, policy development, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Coordinate IMS oversight with Medical Director and licensed personnel.
• Develop and monitor treatment planning, documentation, and performance indicators.
