Job summary

Bi-Bett Corporation in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking an experienced Clinical Program Director to provide clinical leadership and supervision for its SUD treatment programs, including residential and outpatient services, in line with DHCS licenses and approvals.

The role reports to the CEO and oversees LPHA/LVN staff, ensuring safe, ethical, evidence-informed, person-centered care and regulatory compliance across programs while collaborating with executive leadership to strengthen clinical quality

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and active California professional license for clinical leadership.
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment and clinical supervision.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for residential and outpatient services.
• Supervise licensed clinical staff and ensure compliance with licensing and policy.
• Oversee clinical documentation, treatment planning, and care coordination.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and lead quality improvement efforts.
• Coordinate IMS oversight and interdisciplinary collaboration.
