We're proud to announce the launch of our brand-new After-School ABA Program, and we’re looking for a dynamic, mission-driven Clinical Program Director to lead the way.

This is your chance to help shape something from the ground up, guiding everything from design and launch to day-to-day operations and clinical excellence.

What You’ll Do & When You’ll Do It

As the Clinical Program Supervisor, you’ll take the lead in launching and shaping our brand-new After-School ABA Program—bringing your expertise and creativity to every stage of development and implementation.

Your impact will include:

• Designing and piloting the after-school program in collaboration with clinical leadership
• Developing workflows, tools, and success metrics to ensure high-quality ABA delivery
• Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, staff performance, and client outcomes
• Supporting intakes, supervision, and training while maintaining a 20-hour billable requirement
• Building strong partnerships with families
• Mentoring and coaching RBTs and Clinical Supervisors to uphold clinical excellence

Program Hours:

• Core program hours are Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, with optional Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. While these are the hours the after-school program operates, the schedule for this position offers flexibility—including daytime hours for planning, staff support, clinical oversight, and other responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Behavior Analyst in Illinois (Required)
• 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• A strong communicator and collaborator
• Passion for innovation and making programs better from the inside out
• Commitment to compassionate care and exceptional outcomes
