Job summary

The Autism Society Of Nc is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for their Asheville office. The role involves designing behavioral interventions for up to 8 clients, providing direct supervision, and collaborating with families and professionals. Job Location: ASHEVILLE OFFICE – Services/Clinical/Day Program Office, Asheville, NC 28803. Position Type: Professional Positions. Job Category: Health Care.

Responsibilities

• Design behavioral interventions and intensive ABA programming using appropriate assessments, protocols, formats, and professional standards. Provide training and consultation as needed.
• Support a caseload of up to 8 clients with a goal of 20 billable hours per week.
• Provide weekly RBT supervision using CASP standards.
• Provide regular family collaboration and training to caregivers.
• Collaborate with other members of our professional community to support best practice.

Pay

Base salary from $80,000 to $95,000, with attainable bonus that could exceed $20,000.

Qualifications

BCBA: The candidate must hold certification and/or license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the BACB (Behavior Analysis Certification Board) and licensure through NC BALB.
