Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy is expanding across North Carolina and seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our in-state team for in-person services. The role requires NC residency, full-time scheduling, and a caseload of 7-10 clients with competitive compensation starting at $100,000/year.

You will conduct assessments, design individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant CentralReach documentation.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification is required.
  • NC Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and evidence-based behavioral interventions.
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and treatment plan modification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must reside within the state of North Carolina.

Responsibilities

  • Carry a manageable caseload of 7-10 clients with dedicated time for assessments, programming, and supervision.
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in ABA principles.
  • Provide direct behavioral services in person.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff through structured in-person coaching.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated, client-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in CentralReach in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
  • Participate in client intake and onboarding to ensure a thorough understanding of each individual's needs.

POSITION DETAILS
