Job summary

Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated BCaBA to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. You will support treatment implementation and provide in-person supervision, collaborate with parents, observe clients, monitor plans, and attend team meetings across home, daycare, and school settings.

Focus on clinical excellence while our back-office handles administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification with BACB credentials.
• Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Experience supporting treatment implementation, supervision, and parent collaboration preferred.
• Willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
• Bilingual is a plus, though not required.
• Must have North Carolina licensure or be in process to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide in-person clinical supervision and observations of RBTs.
• Collaborate with BCBAs on client progress, treatment implementation, and clinical recommendations.
• Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of required clinical records.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment implementation support, in-person clinical supervision support, parent collaboration, client observations, treatment plan implementation monitoring, and team meetings.

Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

At Achievements ABA Therapy, you'll be able to focus entirely on clinical excellence, while our dedicated back-office team handles administrative tasks to support your success.

Compensation

$45.00 - $70.00 per hour contingent on experience

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
• Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
• Bilingual A Plus, though not required!
• Must have North Carolina licensure or be in process to obtain North Carolina licensure!
