Job summary

EON Health is seeking a Clinical Product Manager to lead digital health initiatives at the intersection of medicine and technology. You will own vision, strategy, and delivery for healthcare tools impacting provider workflows and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include translating clinical requirements into scalable software, partnering with cross-functional teams, and driving adoption through measurable KPIs. This role emphasizes AI/data-enabled care improvements.

Qualifications

3+ years in product management, product ownership, or clinical digital transformation.
Proven understanding of clinical workflows, EHRs/EMRs, and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR).
Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum and SDLC.

Responsibilities

Define the clinical product roadmap aligned with clinical needs and market trends.
Translate clinical requirements into user stories, epics, and engineering specs.
Collaborate with physicians, engineers, data scientists, and legal teams to deliver compliant products.
Lead go-to-market strategies, define KPIs, and measure adoption for iterative improvement.
