Job summary

GuruLink is seeking a Director of Product to build and lead the product organization for a remote-first healthcare company. You will hire and coach product managers, define product lines, and own a portfolio that supports clinical operations and patient engagement across channels.

The role emphasizes solving real customer problems, delivering in increments, and iterating continuously in a growth-stage environment with ML/LLM-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience across software products.
• 7+ years in healthcare technology with exposure to clinical workflows.
• 3+ years leading product teams: hiring, coaching, direction setting.
• Strong command of modern product management: discovery, incremental delivery, roadmaps.
• Exceptional communication; explain clinical concepts to non-clinical audiences and tradeoffs to executives.
• Experience in a growth-stage startup taking products from 0 to 1.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Set product strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
• Lead roadmap creation, refinement, and prioritization.
• Hire, coach, and grow product managers; define ownership.
• Identify customer problems and guide cross-functional delivery with design and engineering.
• Earn stakeholder trust and connect departments to deliver commitments.
• Own product portfolio success: define, track KRIs and report progress.
• Explain clinical concepts clearly to diverse audiences and translate to technical teams.
• Identify where ML/LLM can improve clinical workflows and team productivity.
