Job Function - General:



  • Provides education/training to our exisiting or potential customers on the use of B. Braun Medical's products.

  • Supports value-add programs offered by B. Braun Medical to our customers to help improve patient care including but not limited to Peripheral Advantage, Collaborative Care, DoseTrac, etc.

  • Facilitates education/training/support in classroom environments, healthcare facility's units or in a virtual environment to share knowledge regarding B. Braun Medical products and clinical applications.

  • Functions as a clinical and product expert representing B. Braun Medical in the healthcare community.

  • Functions as a clinical and product expert to colleagues by sharing expertise and knowledge where required.

  • Serves as a product resource expert/mentor for other B. Braun Medical educators while in customer accounts performing education/training activities.

  • Documents customer feedback in B. Braun Medical reporting tools for sharing and communication with team members. Regularly identifies areas for improvement in Data Collection Tools and works with appropriate resources to enhance B. Braun Medical offerings.

  • Maintains network with advanced nursing professional organizations.

  • Gains input and trend information from major clinical groups through direct contact with such groups, organizations and other vendors.

  • Continuously innovates on customer support based on internal and external feedback

Education and Professional Knowledge:


Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.


Experience:


04-06 years related experience required.


RN License required


Valid driver's license and US passport required.


Certification:


Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.

Requires full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in professional field. Uses standard theories, priniciples and concepts and integrates them to propose a course of action.


Supervision Given and Received:


Works under general supervision. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals. May periodically assist in orienting, training, and/or reviewing the work of other peers.


Problem Solving:


Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.


Contacts/Cooperation:


Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.


Additional Requirement:


Frequent business travel required, valid driver's liccense and passport, ability to work not-standard schedule as needed, valid RN license.
