The Role: Individual Contributor External Facing Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Consultant / Config Analyst with 12+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Facets, PCA, Claims Workflow and SQL with a background in Benefits Configuration, Commercial, ASO, Medicare & Medicaid LOBs. This role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage projects related to Facets, PCA and Workflow ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

· Oversee the config support and implementation of Facets, PCA and Workflow

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

· Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.

· Facilitate effective communication among team members stakeholders and clients to ensure transparency and collaboration.

· Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and issue logs.

· Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share best practices.

· Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

· Provide training and support to team members on Facets, PCA, Workflow and related technologies to enhance their skills and knowledge.

· Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize system performance and resolve issues.

· Manage project budgets resources and timelines to achieve project objectives within constraints.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

Required Experience:

· Possess extensive experience in Facets, PCA and Workflow modules

· Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL and its application in project management.

· Have domain expertise in Benefits Configuration, Commercial, ASO, Medicare & Medicaid Claims.

· Exhibit excellent English language skills both written and spoken.

· Show a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a global work model.

· Display strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

· Flexibility to work for multiple clients

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applicants will be accepted till 3/25/2025

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $120K-$160K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
