B. Braun Medical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Procedure Sales Representative to promote Peripheral IV Access, Pain Control, IV Anesthesia Sets, and related services in the San Diego area.

You will cultivate relationships with existing customers and develop new business with regional teams to hit sales targets. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in sales, preferably in clinical or medical devices, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in related field; clinical or medical device sales preferred.
• Professional or industry certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.
• Frequent business travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Clinical Procedure products and related services.
• Engage clinical decision-makers to support product evaluations and purchasing decisions.
• Conduct in-person and virtual sales calls to qualify and develop new leads.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve sales quotas.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and solutions to customers.
• Support product evaluations, trials, and conversions as needed.
• Prepare financial analyses, proposals, and competitive assessments for customers.
• Present analytical findings to hospital committees and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional teams to expand sales and market share.
