Job summary

Orlando Health Digest Health Institute in Zephyrhills, FL seeks a Clinical Practice Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the clinical staff in the Digestive Health Institute. This role combines operational leadership with clinical supervision to ensure high-quality patient care and compliant practice management.

You will participate in hiring, coaching, training, and performance reviews; coordinate scheduling, reporting, and workflow, and serve as a liaison to physicians and administrators.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent completed.
• Successful completion of Medical Assistant training from an approved technical school required or above.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the clinical staff and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Participate in hiring, supervision, work assignments, coaching plans, and disciplinary actions of team members.
• Collaborate with the service line Assistant Vice President/Director of Operations and Operations Manager to ensure clinical quality and standardization.
