Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire RN license required.
• Basic Life Support certification (AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers) or Red Cross CPR/AED.

Responsibilities

• Establishes priorities and maintains efficient patient flow.
• Triages patient phone calls and identifies health problems or concerns.
• Administers prescribed medications.
• Provides education to patients based on identified needs.
• Documents health information and outcomes in the EMR.
• Delegates care tasks ensuring safety and proper documentation.
