Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), NH RN licensure, and a current BLS certification, with at least two years of experience in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensure as Registered Nurse in New Hampshire.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience; medical practice/office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes priorities in organizing daily activities and maintains efficient patient flow.
• Triage patient calls following guidelines to identify health concerns and provide quality care.
• Administers prescribed medications.
• Provides expert education to patients, families, and communities.
• Documents health information and outcomes in the EMR.
• Delegates patient care activities using the five rights and provides feedback.
• Applies nursing process for sound clinical judgment.
• Completes clinical skill competencies annually.
