Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing and current Illinois RN license.
- Master's in Nursing or progress toward degree within 4 years of assumption preferred.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a clinical area; BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements education opportunities for staff.
- Supports staff to seek/maintain specialty certification.
- Leads inter-professional teams for clinical process improvement.
- Monitors quality data and creates action plans.
- Mentors staff and participates in unit leadership activities.
