Qualifications

• Registered nurse licensure in Maryland or eligible for licensure.
• Master's Degree in Nursing.
• 5+ years of clinical education programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, implement, and evaluate hospital core orientation and nursing orientation.
• Use and facilitate educational equipment and resources.
• Incorporate effective educational strategies and population-specific principles.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and department leaders to assess learning needs.
• Lead review and revision of nursing core orientation with nursing leadership.
