Responsibilities

• Apply adult learning theory to promote critical thinking, clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice.
• Coach nurses and associates, providing feedback to enhance professional practice and advancement.
• Collaborate with departments and academic partners for learning program development and student placements.
• Coordinate and plan educational offerings with regulatory, quality and safety considerations.
• Design, implement and evaluate learning programs, assessing needs through formal and informal methods.
