Qualifications

• Experience independently managing projects or transformation initiatives.
• Strong planning, RAID, reporting and governance skills.
• Ability to drive delivery with little supervision.
• Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Experience in healthcare or life sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage clinical portfolio initiatives from mobilisation through delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, action logs, and dependencies.
• Drive day-to-day execution and keep workstreams aligned to scope and timelines.
• Lead project meetings and stakeholder forums to drive progress and accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks and issues.
