This role balances student learning needs with provider schedules and health center operations, maintains program records and grant reporting, and supports HR and administrative functions essential to HPWO’s mission; travel to all sites is required as needed.

Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30 pm - Full or Part-time availability

*Travel to all Health Partners sites is required as needed

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Clinical Placement Coordinator manages Health Partners of Western Ohio's Student Preceptorship Program, connecting schools, students, and Health Partners’ preceptors to provide high-quality clinical placements and job shadowing experiences that build the future healthcare workforce. This position balances student learning needs with provider schedules and health center operations, maintains program records and grant reporting, and represents Health Partners in community outreach and partnership development. The Coordinator also supports Human Resources and administrative functions that advance Health Partners’ mission.
