Stevenson University in Towson, MD, is hiring a Specialist, Clinical Placement in the Dean's Office of the School of Nursing & Health Professions. The role oversees student clinical documentation, compliance tracking, and placement scheduling with diverse partners.

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree plus two years’ related experience; strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills are essential for success. Reports to the Director, Nursing Clinical Education with hourly compensation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree plus two years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Administrative experience in healthcare settings and/or higher education preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review, track and maintain electronic records of students’ clinical documentation and confirm compliance with regulatory and affiliate requirements.
• Develop and maintain a master list of active clinical placement sites and liaison contacts.
• Disseminate information regarding medical requirements, documentation, and deadlines to students and coordinate with relevant administrators.
• Notify hospitals and clinical agencies of incoming students and site-specific requirements for placements.
• Inform students of confirmed clinical placements and site-specific requirements in a timely manner.
• Coordinate contracts/agreements renewals and ensure documentation for placements is submitted to sites on time.
