St. Luke's Health - Memorial Lufkin is seeking a Physical Therapist to help patients rebuild or maintain physical wellbeing, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life.

You will perform initial evaluations, develop plans of care, provide a variety of treatments, meet productivity standards, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.

This role is based in East Texas at a 279-bed facility within the CommonSpirit Health network.

Qualificações

• Degree in Physical Therapy and licensure eligibility.
• TX Physical Therapy licensure or eligibility required.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) within 14 days.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial evaluations and develop care plans with measurable goals.
• Provide direct treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Meet patient care productivity standards and collaborate with the team.
• Support patient and family education and goal setting.
• Document care using departmental policy and charting requirements.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure timely patient needs.
