Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Licenses noted: PT and BLS or ARC-BLS as applicable at hire.
• Strong communication, customer service, teamwork and basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Implements the physical therapy treatment plan.
• Selects appropriate treatment activities to progress patient towards goals.
• Revises goals/plan of care with patient/family input.
• Provides discharge instructions and follow-up as appropriate.
• Acts as referral source for staff and physicians on rehab services.
