Job summary

Springfield Hospital, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver individualized programs in both in‑patient and out‑patient settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and adjust treatments to maximize patient progress toward functional goals.

Job Overview

The Physical Therapist, in an in‑patient or out‑patient setting, will use the physical therapy process in the delivery of patient care to carry out an individualized program of physical therapy to maximize a patient's progress toward achieving functional goals.

Salary and Benefits

Base rate: $38.80 – $53.00 per hour. The hourly rate will ultimately be determined based on education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
