Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Master's Degree is preferred.
• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Basic Life Support / CPR for healthcare providers is required.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and carry out individualized physical therapy programs.
• Perform and document initial exams with diagnosis prior to intervention.
• Evaluate and adjust treatments to maximize benefit.
• Instruct patients and families for home treatment.
• Record prognosis, treatment and progress in patient chart or system.
