You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes. You will maintain timely records of goals and progress, ensure compliance with state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations, and collaborate with the care team to optimize each patient’s functional

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
