Responsibilities include documentation of progress, compliance with regulations, and ongoing professional development through CE. The role emphasizes leadership and high standards of patient care in a dynamic clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and stay active during shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and deliver physical therapy as medically necessary.
• Treat patients and develop effective treatment plans.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
