Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license in the state performing services.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy evaluation, develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence-based interventions, and discharge planning for a full patient caseload.
• Handle ancillary/administrative requirements for a full caseload, including documentation, billing, scheduling, and other duties.
• Demonstrate professional communication and supervise support staff.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.
• Coordinate with referring physicians to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Comply with organizational policies and code of conduct.
• Meet core values and scope of practice.
• Flex to other departments when needed.
• May serve as a clinical instructor and participate in committees.
