Job summary

Hartgrove Behavioral Health System seeks a Clinical PHP Manager to oversee the PHP program for children, adolescents, and adults. The role includes direct patient care within a safe, therapeutic environment, crisis intervention, group facilitation, and coordination of transport and discharge planning.

Responsibilities also cover program implementation, staff training, and scheduling, with supervision of a team and recruitment efforts in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology or any Human Health related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a safe, therapeutic milieu.
• Perform crisis intervention as needed.
• Facilitate group meetings for patients across units.
• Coordinate patient transportation and discharge planning.
• Assist with department recruitment and training.
• Implement programs and schedule in PHP/IOP services.
