Job summary

Giant Eagle is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Technician to join the Central Processing team in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on MTM activities and data entry support for our retail locations in OH and PA.

You will participate in a 4–6 week paid training program, support data entry tasks, and ensure patient safety and accurate documentation. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with eligibility for state pharmacy technician registration.

Qualifications

• 0–6 months experience in a pharmacy setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; OH technician training program enrollment acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Execute Medication Therapy Management for the company via MTM platforms.
• Perform data entry and scheduling in MTM systems.
• Read and enter new prescriptions into the computer and handle billing details.
• Maintain documentation for reimbursement and patient safety.
• Follow HIPAA and policy requirements; communicate with pharmacists and team.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and staff.
