Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Medication Preparation & Delivery: Repackage bulk medication into individual-size packages and deliver to floors accurately and promptly.
• Documentation & Reporting: Use EMR and pharmacy information systems to document care and run reports; verify quantities of incoming supplies.
• Maintenance & Sterilization: Clean repackaging equipment; perform non-sterile compounding and prepare oral liquids, creams, and ointments; proper disposal of meds.
