Required: high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of relevant experience, and basic MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills; licensure as needed by state.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
• Must be licensed or registered if required by state.
• Experience providing customer service and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Prescription & Equipment Preparation: process refills, new prescriptions, counts, pours, mixes, and labeling.
• Inventory Maintenance: validate inventory, create purchase orders, remove expired items.
• Patient Support & Experience: collect patient data and respond to questions.
• Site & Supplies Maintenance: clean surfaces and organize supplies.
