Job summary

Option Care Health Inc. is seeking an individual to assist pharmacists in daily operations, ensuring accurate preparation and dispensing of medications with attention to policy and safety.

You will collect patient information, support equipment maintenance, and help provide a positive experience for patients receiving home infusion services. Strong math and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Licensed or registered within 6 months of hire (if state requires).
• Experience providing customer service and handling basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Review and process basic prescription refills according to policy.
• Assist with preparing and dispensing medications and supplies.
• Maintain equipment through calibration, inspection, cleaning and reporting defects.
• Collect basic patient information to plan materials, supplies, and prescriptions.
• Support patient experience by answering questions and processing requests.
• Receive and verify quantities of incoming supplies; stock and organize materials.
