Option Care Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Assistant to support smooth pharmacy operations under a licensed Pharmacist. You will assist in prescription processing, medication preparation, equipment maintenance, and inventory control to ensure accurate, timely patient care.

You will collect patient information, respond to routine questions, and help coordinate deliveries and supplies, contributing to a positive patient experience and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with internal and external clients.
• Ability to perform basic and intermediate mathematical calculations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint basics.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate basic prescription refill requests per policy.
• Assist with preparing and dispensing medications and supplies.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment; report defects.
• Collect patient information and support scheduling and delivery.
• Support inventory management and order processing.
